Salty Sound Bath at Sunset 

Join us as we float into stillness for a soul-soothing experience with Salty Sound Baths under the setting sun. This practice invites you to unwind and recharge in saltwater bliss under the open sky. Each session aligns with a powerful celestial event to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect through the vibrational healing process.

Drifting on saltwater allows the body to naturally relax, permitting the nervous system to shift into a parasympathetic state. This deep state of rest can help reduce cortisol levels, ease tension, and promote better sleep. The combination of saltwater immersion and sound frequencies supports circulation, detoxification, and muscular recovery—making this not just a spiritual reset, but a full-body restoration.

Crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sound healing instruments are used to guide you into a meditative state. These frequencies help balance brain waves, quiet mental chatter, and promote emotional release. On a spiritual level, floating beneath the open sky invites a sense of surrender, allowing you to align with the natural rhythm of the earth, moon, and your own inner landscape.

Each session flows from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on a Friday evening at Mountain View Estates in Easton, PA.
